It's not a shocker as I thought both Teams deserved higher seeds. What is shocking how Stanford Guards took it right to the talented Lobo Guards and in March Madness it's all about the Guard Play more times than not.

Stanford led 32-27 at the break behind an excellent game plan containing the Lobo Star Guard Kendall Williams. The Cards also slowed down Greenwood and former Vincennes JUCO Star and Chicago Carver HS Standout DeShawn Delaney aka D.D. and for Stanford that was huge. The "Farm" was led by 2011 Top 40 National Recruit Chasson Randle from the Rock Island Illinois HS Rocks as he had 23 points and five boards. The Lobos Star on the front Line Cameron Bairstow had a game-high 24 points and eight boards. The Lobos shot themselves down shooting just 4 of 21 from the Arc. The Cardinals shot over 50% from Deep and was +12 in that Category and that put them into the Winner's Circle.

The Cardinals now await the winner of the Kansas/Eastern Kentucky Game. Stanford also gets 10 points apiece from Stefan Nastic and Anthony Brown to balance out the Attack led by Randle.
