The Minnesota Timberwolves led from nearly the opening tip to just over seven minutes to play in the contest in their game with the Phoenix Suns on Sunday at Target Twin Cities. The Logo's only Monster of any lake...the "Lake Oswego Monster" Kevin Love goes US National Team Member on the Suns Front Line. In the end the Suns Guards and the Morris Twins were too much to handle as the Wolves Pack could not stop the Sun from rising in Target on Sunday!

The 'Wolves leading 41-27 after one and 72-63 at the break extended that lead in the 3rd and led 103-93 after three. Then here came the Suns led by Markieff Morris (25 pts 8 rebs) and Eric Bledsoe (21 pts 5 rebs 5 asst) as they took the lead 107-106 with just over seven minutes to play behind  a Dragic Money Ball. The Suns just made even more plays down the stretch leading to a 127-120 "W" as PHX needed this one more than the 'Wolves as they are right behind that #8 seed in the West.

The Suns also get 18 points and six helpers from Dragic and 19 points and eight boards from PJ Tucker. Teh Suns were + 12 from the Arc and shot nearly 58% from the field compared to the 'Wolves shooting 44%. The "Lake Oswego Monster" Kevin Love had a game-high 36 points while grabbing fourteen Oranges and waiting on nine tables just missing a Triple-Double. K-Mart of Target added 25 points with Spain's "La Pistola" Ricky Rubio chipping in with 19 points and nine helpers.

Suns move to 40-28 and that is just a 1/2 game behind the #8 Grizzlies. The 'Wolves fall to 34-34 as they are out of the completely out of the picture losing to the Suns on Sunday.
