WHO YOU WIT?.........the RANGERS and their Explosive Offense and Solid Starting Pitching......the RAYS and their CINDERELLA September Run with Excellent Starting Pitching and Defense. Or the TIGERS with 2011 AL Cy YOUNG Winner and possible AL MVP Justin VERLANDER or the BOMBERS QUEST for 28...............

Tampa Bay RAYS (91-71) vs Texas RANGERS (96-66)

PREVIEW: Well you can say the RAYS were LUCKY getting in but they are in for a reason. PITCHING and DEFENSE. That's what PLAYOFF Baseball is about. Now down the stretch they have had some timely hitting from there STARS like 3B Evan LONGORIA. But they have their work cut out vs the very experienced TALENTED but Blue-Collar Work ethic of the TEXAS RANGERS.

The RANGERS are showing that the RUN to the 2010 World SERIES wasn't a joke and they are MILLI VANILLI or VANILLA ICE for that matter.They have Good Starting pitching to go with an excellent BULLPEN and they have one of the BEST SKIPPERS running in Ron WASHINGTON. So let's see where the CHIPS fall in this SERIES that starts in ARLINGTON TEXAS.

PITCHING goes to the RAYS and HItting has to go to the RANGERS but it's close. And if it comes down to the BULLPENS.....the edge will have to go the RAYS as well eventhough they overhauled their PEN over the WINTER.

WINNER: The RANGERS 3-2 strike again......I think just too much OFFENSE as thy have HAMILTON, KINSLER, CRUZ, BELTRE, and YOUNG all capable of carrying the OFFENSE at times.

*NOTE: The RAYS are the best defensive team in the BIGS......and if they can get Good Starting Pitching and Timely Hitting lookout....they can make a run to BEER TOWN for the FALL CLASSIC....WHO?......LOL


Detroit TIGERS (95-67) vs New York YANKEES (97-65)

PREVIEW: let's just start off by saying the GAME 1 Pitching Match-Up is MUST SEE TV.....VERLANDER vs SABATHIA......and I hope after this one they call the SERIES.

The TIGERS are coming in with a MOTOWN SWAG and SKIPPER JIMMY LEYLAND finally gets them to Post SEASON where thy honestly have a great shot at going deep. The $ MILLION Question is........WHO AFTER VERLANDER?........the YANKS starting Pitching might be better and you know who is in the BOMBERS BullPen....the SANDMAN. Look for SABATHIA and VERLANDER to hook up in the D for GAME 4 and that might decide the series.

Offensively the TIGERS have PLAYERS.......MARTINEZ, CABRERA, PERALTA, YOUNG, and JACKSON. They WON 95 games so they can score runs.

The PINSTRIPES have the usual suspects.......A-ROD, #2, GRANDERSON, TEX, and CANO...who is their best OFFENSIVE PLAYER. The YANKS can put them up in bunches but they need a GOOD A-Rod to off set TEX and CANO carrying the load.
