The Detroit Tigers finish a four-piece sweep with a side of "Mad Max of Comerica" getting win #17 of 2013 as he heads it's his AL Cy Young Award 2013 to lose. The Tigers beat the Tribe 10-3 as nearly every Tigers in the line up got in on the act.

The Tigers jumped all over Tribe Starter Zach McAllister as he went just 2 1/3 innings and allowed six runs on four hits while walking four  and striking out three. The Tigers Hit Parade was led by the middle of that Line Up as Miggy (1 for 3 w/ 3 RBIs 1 R), Prince (2 for 5 w/ 2 RBIs 1 R) and V-Mart (2 for 5 w/ 3 RBIs 1 R) as they get primed and ready for September and "Fight for October" Hardball.

Tigers 17 game-winner Max Scherzer was lights out and has been from April 2013 as he went seven innings allowing two runs on four hits  and striking out five while issuing a free pass. "Mad Max of Comerica" was the last thing the Tribe needed to see after seeing Fister and Verlander and they all sent a message as we will see in the next week or so what the Indians are made of.  If the Indians are to make a run it has start on the bump and both Jason Kipnis and Asdrubal Cabrera need help handling things at the dish.

Tigers now lead the AL Central by seven games and came in only up four games. The Tribe is now three games back in the AL Wild Card and a 1 1/2 up on the 3rd place AL Central Royals.
