The Chicago Sky came off a really good week back to playing after a home-cooked meal and forgot the WNBA has players and on any given night you could take an "L" quickly. The Sky struggled through the 1st half down 19-9 after one and then 43-27 at the break. The Sun unfortunately for them do not have the Horses that the Sky have and that folded the Sun in the 2nd half. The Sky erupted for a 62-35 2nd half and folded the Sun like and old Lawn Chair and pout it in the garage. The Sky win 89-78 and put themselves in that conversation for them to get a Chip in 2013.

Behind the guard play of All-Star Epiphany Prince (21 pts 8 helpers) and Fowles Gang (20 pts 21 boards) and controlling the glass and the paint the Sky caught fire in that 2nd half and could not be stopped. Star Rook Delle Donne didn't play as she still is hampered by that bad foot was picked up in this one, PG Courtney Vandersloot added 17 points and six helpers and back up guard Eshaya Murphy 15 points as the Sky guards played "Big". Back to Sylvia Fowles as she has carried the Sky on the back end with Delle Donne nursing various injuries as she is the most dominant player in the paint in the WNBA for 2013 hands down. The Sun was led by guard Tan White's 16 points as Tina Charles added 11.

The Sky move to 17-8 the 3rd best record in the WNBA and the #1 record in the East. The Sky visits the Mystics on Tuesday August 20 in the Nation's Capital.
