The Technical Foul is what got Kevin Durant going versus the Portland Trailblazers as the Blazers tried to make up some ground on OKC in the Northwest Division Standings. Number do not lie and KD's 38 ppg average through three games vs the Blazers held up as OKC gets a tough 98-95 "W" and this will not be the last time these two meet.

Durant led an OKC Attack just three players in double figures as KD had a game-high 36 and grabbed ten Oranges. A 15 for 28 night and 5 of 5 from the Line as KD closes his averages for the 2013-14 season vs Portland at 38 ppg 9 rebs and 53% from the field. It was the Regulators Youngsters Reggie Jackson (17 pts 6 asst) and Jeremy Lamb (19 pts) that sealed the deal for OKC. Lamb's Money Ball with a little over 1:30 left gave the Regulators OKC a 96-95 lead and Reggie's two Free throws late put the lead at three. Rip City's Damian Lillard threw up a "Flat Tire" from the "Land of Plenty"  to end the game at 98-95.

The Blazers get six players in double figures but their Train was derailed at the beginning. Blazers All-Star PF LaMarcus Aldridge aka L-Train was just 5 of 22 and couldn't hit himself on Tuesday Night let alone the nylon. He ended up with just 12 points as he grabbed a dozen Oranges. Nicolas Batum's 18 points led Rip City with Robin Lopez going 17 and 14 in the middle. All-Star PG Damian Lillard added 16 and 7 as the Blazers shooting 24 of 27 from the line could not get any separation from OKC.

OKC moves to 42-12 while the Blazers fall to 38-16 and that is five full games back of OKC for the West Lead. A 2-2 Series tie as these two teams should meet agin sometime in early May 2k14...
