The Canadians played their best Match of the Winter Olympics and it just so happened the Red, White, and the Blue, was on the Business End of the 1-0 loss as Canada advances to play Sweden for Gold. USA manufactures 31 Shots on Goal as Canada had 37 but it only took one score and the Canadians get the only goal of the game.

Behind s early 2nd period Gaol from Dallas Stars 24 year-old winger Jamie Benn and the Montreal Canadians Net Minder Carey Price (31/1 Saves) the U.S. was just stifled  and could get nothing past the Habs Goalie. Team USA Net Minder Jonathan Quick brought his A-Game as he stopped 36 of 37 shots as Benn's Goal was an easy one to get past Quick. Benn's Goal was assisted by St. Louis Blues Defenseman Jay Bouwmeester at 1:41 in the 2nd period. The Canadians 1st Line of "Sid the Kid", Chris Kunitz, and Patrice Bergeron set the Ton early for Team Canada and they ran with it for 60 minutes.

Now the Canadians will face Team Sweden as no one Goalies has been better in the Olympics than the Swedes Henrik Lundqvist. That game will be on Sunday February 23 at 7am ET. Team USA not out of getting a Medal just yet will get the Fins on Saturday February 22nd at 10am ET.
