Team Finland caps a nice run and they hit the Medal Stand 3rd to get the Bronze as they dominate a Team USA that just ran out of gas in the Medal Rounds when it counted most. The Fins did it behind 40-plus year old Teemu Selanne of the Mighty Ducks and Bruins Net Minder Tuukka Rask.

There was no scoring in Frame One as the Fins then struck twice just 11 seconds apart as the 2nd goal by Jussie Jokinen took the wheels right off of Team USA. Selanne scored just 1:27 mark into the 2nd frame with Jokinen scoring 1:38 mark to make it 2-0 Fins. Team USA was 0-4 in the Power Play including three chances in the first frame.

Finland then scored three goals in the 3rd and final frame including Selanne getting his 2nd goal o the day to make it 4-0 as they get the 5th and final score by Pens Defenseman Olli Maata all 18 years old of him. The US had 26 shots on goal to the Fins 29. USA Net Minder Jonathan Quick stopped just 24 of 29 and the Americans had score 9 goals through the first four games only to be blanked in the last two games.

Congrats to the Fins and their Bronze Medal!
