The Spurs just keep doing it with not smoke and mirrors but a "System in Place" and Players for that System to work consistently as it's not Basket Weaving or Gold as an Elective. Spurs go into Rip City on the 2nd leg of a Back to Back (beating Lob City last night in Staples) and get by the Blazers 111-109 as Rip City's Train was derailed.

A back and forth affair was heightened with all those All-Star Games sitting out and both Teams answered the bell. The Story has been Spurs PG and Australian Institute of Sports Pupil Patty mills the pride of St. Mary's California University Gaels. Mills went for 29 points on All-Star Damian Lillard after hitting Lob City and CP3 for 25 last night. Yes getting his inner the "Answer" Allen Iverson on going 13 for 26 from the field. Marco Belinelli added 20 with a key "J" late to roll the credits on Rip City. Manu came back off injury to chip in with 16 as that Spurs Train isn't just next man up...it's simply do your job and play within yourself as "Spurs Wars" doesn't need any "Out of Body" Experiences.

Lillard had a game-high 31 points on an efficient 13 of 21 as he knew and the Blazers knew they all had to do a little extra with L-Train sidelined. Mo Williams added 19 and Wes Matthews Jr. 18 as the Blazers just came up short. That 18 for 25 from the Stripe also came back to bite them right in the backside.

Spurs move to 6-2 on the Rodeo Trip with moving parts and 40 and 15 overall the 3rd team in the Logo in 2013-14 to do so. Rip City falls to 36-18 and they have cooled off as OKC has been on fire.
