The Philadelphia Phillies in an attempt to bolster the Starting Rotation for the 2014 Season has reportedly through numerous media outlets signed Free Agent RHP A.J. Burnett. Burnett will reportedly get a one-year deal for a whopping $16 million.

The Phils' Staff as of right now in order should go like this with Burnett plugged into that Rotation making it a Five-Man Rotation:

LHP Cliff Lee
LHP Cole Hamels
RHP Kyle Kendricks
RHP Miguel Gonzalez (Orioles 2013)
RHP Roberto Hernandez
RHP A.J. Burnett

Lee will turn 36 years of age this summer and Hamels is now 30. RHP Jonathan Pettibone (22 yrs old) is the wild card here as the Phils will also give him a shot as Hernandez would most likely be the 5th man in the Rotation. RHP Miguel Gonzalez was picked up in Free Agency from the O's in the off-season and was 11-8 in 2013.

The Back End is still a question mark until you get to Captain Save-A-Game Jonathan Papelbon.
