The Game was in the books as Rays Ace David Price went in on the Dodgers in Chavez Ravine. Price went seven innings allowing one run on seven hits as he issued one free pass and struck out four. Dodgers Starter Chris Cuapano was lit up for 4 1/3 innings on ten hits allowing six runs and striking out three. Neither one figured in the win after all that from the bump!

The Dodgers get four runs in the bottom of the 9th as the Rays fell apart. Rays Captain-Save-A-Game Fernando Rodney's Line was 1/3 inning and he was responsible for all four runs as he allowed four hits. The Dodger get the game-winning run with two on first and second as Dodger PH Jerry Hairston reaches on a throwing error by none other than the Rays Rodney.

Loney led the Rays going 3 for 4 as he was back in Chavez Ravine where he once called home. The Dodgers were led by second baseman Mark Ellis' 3 for 4 with two runs scored and one RBI. The Plot thickens on Saturday as the Dodgers will send Zach Greinke to the mound on Saturday versus the Rays  Roberto Hernandez.

The Dodger with the "W" stay 5 1/2 games up on the 2nd place D-Backs. The Rays stay two games back of the Carmines as they lose to the Royals 9-6.
