An exciting tilt between the Detroit Pistons and the Houston Rockets as the 4th game in the 2014 O-Town Summer League and maybe the most exciting. The Pistons outlasted the Rockets 95-89 behind the smooth effortless-like game of Kentavious Caldwell-Pope the last 2013 Lottery Pick left from the Joe D Era.

Pope led all scorers with 26 points on 8 of 19 from the field and had six thefts. 2013 2nd Rounder's Peyton Siva and Tony Mitchell also got in on the act as Siva added 16 points to go with six assists and Mitchell 13 points. The Motor City shot almost 50% from the field and 40% from the Arc.

The Red Nation Rockets gets a team-high 20 points from Memphis Tigers Free Agent Guard Chris Crawford and 18 points and five boards from 2013-14 PAC-12 Player of the Year and Rockets 2nd Rounder Nick Johnson. Johnson, the Nephew of late NBA HOF and former Supersonics and Celtics Star Dennis "D.J." Johnson, was quite impressive getting into folks on the defensive end as well. Rockets almost ditto the Pistons from the Field and Arc but lost the game shooting under 60% from the stripe.
