The New York Yankees needed to start the 2nd half with a bang and that is exactly what has happened. We all know they lost their two top Arms in the rotation for 2014 and now the Yanks must step up collectively to make the AL East a Two-Team Race as the Charm City O's have stepped forward.

Hiroki Kuroda follows Yanks Starters in the Series before him David Phelps and Brandon McCarthy and out duels Red Legs Ace "Johnny Dangerously" Cueto.  Kuroda goes 6 2/3 innings allowing just three hits and a run striking out six. That run came on a Skip Schumaker Double scoring Zack Cozart making it 1-0 Reds. The Yankees answered right back on Cueto who had 4 scoreless Innings going with a Two-Run 5th the Captain and Jacoby Ellsbury singles to make it 2-1 Yanks. That would be all for Cueto as the Reds thought process we are down one with plenty of time with our Pen.

In the 8th it was Red Legs All-Star Hot Corner Todd Frazier hitting a Solo Bomb off the Yanks Dellin Betances to tie the game at 2-2. That's set up the game-winning walk-off Single by Bob McCann off Red Legs Flame Thrower and Captain Save-A-Game Aroldis Chapman in the 9th as the Yanks win 3-2.

Bombers move to 50-47 with the Red Legs falling to 51-47 and dropping to 4th in the Central behind the Buccos!
