The Chicago Cubs get back on the winning track on a day the Friars Clubhouse loses their best player  in Hot Corner Chase Headley. Headley is on his way to the Bronx Zoo where Pinstripes is waiting for him as the Friars get a mini-Fire Sale going as they are going nowhere after 162.

As for the North Siders it was Dartmouth's Kyle Hendricks making his Cubbies Debut and he gets a Passing Grade and a A-Grade as he mows down the Friars on his way to Big League Victory #1...now let's head to the Cubby Bear for last Call! Hendricks went seven giving up just five hits as he struck out five and gave out three free passes. The Cubbies Offense puts up a run in the 1st, 3rd, and the 5th and a crooked number three in the 7th as Cubs All-Star First Baseman Anthony Rizzo goes Solo Bombs x 2 vs Friars Pitching.

Friars Starter Eric Stults (3-12) went five allowing three runs on six hits. he had no Run Support as that has been San Diego's Theme throughout the 162-Game Trek. Emilio Bonafacio, Rizzo, Justin Ruggiano, and Wellington Castillo each collected two hits for the North Siders.

The Cubbies move to 41-57 as the Friars fall to 43-56...
