Nationals Starter Doug Fister moves to 9-2 as he gets plenty of help as the Washington Offense jumps on 5-Star Shortstop Ian Desmond and he takes "Rox" Pitching for a ride in the Rockies! Desmond goes 5 for 5 scoring three runs and knocking in two runs as he took Rox Starter Frank Morales (6 IP 9 H 4 R 3 ER 4 BB 3 SO HR) Yard for a Two-Run Bomb in the 4th.  That crooked four run 4th Inning propelled the Nats to a 7-2 victory.

Nats Starter Doug Fister allows two run son nine hits through 5 2/3 innings as he also struck out four and walked two. Nats Second Baseman Danny Espinoza also had two RBIs and Nats Back Stop Wilson Ramos goes 2 for 5 scoring a run and an RBI. The "Rox" had all nine Starters get at least one hit but didn't much with all those Ducks on the pond!

The Nats bringing that NAT-itude from Nats Park moves to 54-43 and stays in front of the Chop Shop by a 1/2 game in the NL East. The "Rox" at 40-58 all but out of the NL West Race.
