Jeff "Fish" Fisher is and has been one of the best and the rams will be right there in the NFC West the NFL's most Top-Heavy Division...

Lovie Smith didn't get a lot of ink in Chicago because of their lackluster Offenses...but he can coach up  Defense and Championship Teams are built there...#FireTheCannons

Arians an ex O-Coordinator   has cracked the whip in Red Zone as he has brought enthusiasm to the desert that and a High-Octane Offense...He won his stripes as a Lead Man taking over for Pagano coaching the Colts!

Garrett isn't a horrible coach (better O-Coordinator) its just that the 'Boys need a Hot-Head that is going to put people on Watch 24-7-365 and force them to get after it...he isn't that guy hence the .500 records the past couple of seasons!
