The Knicks had to start somewhere as they finally put one in the right column versus the Minnesota Timberwolves who take a large step back in the West losing to the lowly Knickerbockers. In the end Gotham City's Pro Team can get on a Charter and eat a Post Game Meal to their next destination thinking nothing but positive things...one would think!

NYK broke out in a 38-24 first frame that saw the 'Wolves a little bit surprised as they had to be thinking where was that Knicks Team Scouts and Coaches said was in the dumps. Knicks took a 66-5 lead into the break only to see the 'Wolves get back into the game 88-86 after three frames the Knicks as that Real Knicks Team was about to stand up! The 'Wolves never go to within six in the 4th as the Knicks win going away 118-106 shooting a over 50% from the field and hitting eleven Money balls.

The "Bully" was on his A-Game with a game-high 33 points on 14 of 27 from the field and that is simply 'Melo doing hat 'Melo does as he never takes shots home with him. He led all five Knicks Starters in double figures wit S.T.A.T. and Ray Felton both netting 18 points apiece. The Knicks also took care of the Orange for the most part committing just 12 turnovers as they were right on the mark for too may turnovers.

The 'Wolves get 19 points and eight helpers from Kevin Love as he also led all five 'Wolves Starters in double figures. Nikola Pekovic added 17 points and six boards with Corey Brewer chipping in with 16 points. "Wolves just didn't make any shots in the 4th and final frame and looked gassed a little after closing the gap in the 3rd frame to two points.

Knicks move to 22-40 as the 'Wolves fall back down to that .500 mark at 30-30...
