The Chicago Blackhawks were just about as busy as the Snow Shovelers on Saturday Night as they run right past the Pittsburgh Penguins in front of 62K Hockey Heads most rotting for the Indian Head.

Patrick Sharp with a wrister scored the only goal in the 1st frame to give the Hawks a 1-0 lead. Then in the 2nd frame Captain Serious #19 and Team Canada Alternate Captain scored goal #2 midway through the 2nd as Kris Versteeg joined him at the 16 plus minute mark to make it 3-0 Hawks. The Pens jams Neal struck finally for the Pens at the 6 plus minute mark to make it a game at 3-1 in the 3rd period only to see the Hawks strike two more times.

Hawks Bryan Bickell goes backhand at the 14 minute mark with Toews again with a wrister to cap the scoring for the night and the game...Hawks 5 Pens 1. Toews had a night netting three points with two goals and an assist. Corey "Craw-Dad" Crawford was cool, calm, and collected in Net saving 31 of 32 shots. The Pens Marc Andre-Fleury wearing that Steelers-Inspired Hockey Mask stopped 35 of 40 shots as after the 2nd period it was hawks 31 SOG and Pens 18 SOG.

Hawks move to 36-12-14 with 86 points and that is good for first place in the Central two points ahead of the Blue Notes and three points behind the Ducks for the West Lead. The Pens fall to 40-16-4 and sta
y at 84 points which is still leading the East over the Spokes by five points.
