The Blackhawks need all the points and W's they can get as the Western Conference has all of a sudden become a five-team race. The Hawks knew they had to get this one playing the woeful Bison City Sabes with #SabesNation and the #BillsMafia tuning inn to take a glimpse of the Champs. The Champs of course didn't disappoint as they sneak a 2-1 Winner off the Banks of Lake Erie and grab two points.

A total team effort as it was the "Homeboy" from Buffalo born and raised Patrick Kane who score first on a Wrister just over three minutes into the contest. The Sabes not to be out done and playing for Pride and Jobs for the 2014-15 season scored also in the first behind a wrister from Drew Stafford to make it 1-1 after one. Each team then skated in the 2nd with no goal scoring as the Hawks went 0 for 3 on the power play and the Sabes 0-1.

Fear the Indian Head gets the game-winner from "Captain Serious" Jonathan Toews just a minute and a half into period three on a wrister with Brandon Saad and Andre Shaw on the assist. That was all the Hawks "D" and Net minder Corey Crawford would need as he stopped 20 of 21 shots.

Hawks now move to 38-13-14 and 90 points just two points behind the 92 point Blue Notes of St Louis riding a four-game win steak and that Ryan Miller Wave. The Mighty Ducks are the Westrrn Conference #1 Team with just 93 points as we head down the back stretch and ever point is a must have for all parties involved in the West.
