It didn't look good at first as Red Legs Ace Johnny Cueto was greeted with a 1st Inning Bomb if the Ash, Maple, or Bamboo of one Giancarlo Stanton to put the Fish out to a 1-0 lead. Cueto though would settle down and get the Red Legs back into Win Column.

The Red Legs would strike in the bottom half of the 1st as Back Stop Devin Mesoraco would take Fish Starter Brad Hand deep for a two out Two-Run Fireworks Starter as Cincy went up 2-1. The Fish would tie it up 2-2 in the 4th taking Cueto deep for a Solo Shot was Fish Hot Corner Casey McGehee.

The Red Legs though would hang a crooked five up in the 5th highlighted by a Mesoraco "Granny" as he finishes the day 2 for 4 with six RBIs and two runs scored. The Red Legs would go onto win 7-2 as Cueto moves to 14-6 in 2014.

The Red Legs more importantly moves to 60-58 and 5.5 games back of the Brew Crew leading the  Central. Little Havana Hardball falls to 57-60 as that .500 mark eludes them again. They are seven full games back in the NL East!
