The Milwaukee Brewers remain in front of the Pack in the NL Central for now as they get the "Rubber Game" vs San Fran Hardball on Thursday Night. It was the Wily Peralta Show as he moves to an impressive 14-6 in 2014 on a 3.42 ERA.

The Brewers struck first in Inning One as on a Ryan Braun two-bagger scoring Brew Crew Back Stop Jonathan Lucroy. The Gigantes behind Starter Jake Peavy hung in there as they tied the ball game up in the 5th on a Hunter Pence single with Peavy helping his own cause scoring tying the game at 1-1.

Then it was Peavy though falling 1-12 in 2014 getting in trouble in the 6th as the Brewers hang two on him to make the score 3-1 Brewers. A Khris Davis double scoring A-Ram and a Davis then coming around to score on a Mark Reynolds Sac-Fly. Peavy went 5 2/3 innings allowing three runs on nine hits walking three and striking out three.

Peralta (6.2 IP 7 H 1 R 1 ER 1 BB 9 SO) was in control for the majority of the night as the Brewers move to 63-52 a game ahead of the Redbirds. The Giants fall to 62-53 three games back of the Dodgers as LAD is playing game 4 of a four-piece with Anaheim.
