The Seattle Mariners move to 58-54 behind that dynamic duo of  M's Ace Kid Felix and M's 5-Star Captain Save-A-Game Fernando Rodney doing his best "Robin of Locksley" Impersonation shooting an arrow into the night!

Kid Felix went eight innings giving up a run scattering just four hits as he issued one free Safeco Hopper Pass and struck out 8. The M's gets a crooked four-run frame in the 4th and that was the difference after Braves All-Star Hot Corner Chris Johnson singled home Justin Upton in the 2nd.

Braves Starter Alex Wood goes six giving up those four in the 4th on five hits. Jason Heyward led the Chop Shop going 2 for 4. New M's CF Austin Jackson went 1 for 4 with an RBI. Mr. Rodney gets Arrow #31 as only three Arrows missed the target!

M's tied with the Yankees trail the Royals in the AL Wild Card by a 1/2 game. The Braves have the best of both worlds three games back in both the Wild Card and the NL East trailing the Nats!
