2014-15 NBA World Champions

Where do you start as the Golden State Warriors were suppose to be competing with the Los Angeles Clippers for the Pacific Division and make a nice run in "Winning Time". Now fast forward through the 82-game trek and "Winning Time" from April through June and the Golden State Warriors take the fast track to an NBA Banner and a Parade Route.

They finish off the Cavaliers dba "Believeland" in six games winning the last three games after being down 2-1. It was Super-Sub turned starter Andre Iguodala that took home the "Fight for Bill" Trophy dba NBA Finals M.V.P. edging out his teammate Stephen Curry and Cavs King James who would have been a landslide winner if the Cavs took home the Chip!

Just a remarkable turnaround from just seven to eight years ago with players like Stephen Jackson, Baron Davis, Al Harrington, and Jason Richardson to now Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Andre Iguodala, and Draymond Green.

Then there is that turnover in Ownership and the front office as "Dubs" hit grand slams on Mark Jackson, Steve Kerr, and Jerry West not to mention drafting Steph Curry, Klay Thomspon, Draymond Green, and Harrison Barnes and even moving a nice piece in Monta Ellis letting Curry takeover.

Kerr was the huge "Key" as his Staff he put together in Alvin Gentry and Ron Adams and Luke Walton was phenomenal. As a player Kerr was five Chips (3 Bulls 2 Spurs) and all that knowledge gained from Lenny Wilkens (Cavs), "Zen Master" (Bulls) to "Pops" (Spurs) and even back to his College Coach the great Lute Olson (Arizona).

Now comes the hard part as they should celebrate this one way into the summer of 2015. The 2015 NBA Draft and Free Agency will be big for "Dubs" as Draymond Green is first order of business with Coach Gentry leaving to Coach "State Bird of Lousiana" the Pelicans!

Congrats Warriors and Dub Nation on your 2nd World Championship...
