The Pittsburgh Pirates have found their stride in 2015 and there is no better time to find that in the Show as we hit the summer months. It was Bucs Nation Ace Garrit Cole who has been NL CY Young worthy all season long who didn't disappoint as he rolls right through Braves Country for a 3-0 Bucs shutout!

Cole went seven spraying six hits and three walks with seven strike outs moving to 9-2 in 2015. He as never really in trouble all game long vs a Braves Line Up that has been up and down all season long. Braves starter Alex Wood matched Cole if you take away that crooked three he gave up in th bottom half of the 5th.

With Ducks all over the pong it was Starlin Marte's two RBI single that scored both Cole and Josh Harrison breaking up a scoreless affair through  4 1/2. Then Jung Ho Kang hits an RBI single scoring Jordy Mercer who was on first when Marte singled home to as he advanced to 3rd. Wood's Tab...5 IP 7 H 3 R 3 ER BB 5 SO and it was juts the 5th that cost him.

Bucs move to 31-25 a game ahead of the Cubbies as we go to press. The Chop Shop falls to 27-29 as they try and get to the .500 mark in the NL East chasing both the Amazins' and Nats!
