White Sox Ace LHP Chris Sale carried the South Siders on a night where the weather was iffy. Sale goes eight string allowing a run on five hits as he walked one and struck out 14. The Chi-Sox didn't ruin this outing as it was powered by the bottom half of the Sox order!

Melky Cabrera hit an RBI single in the 2nd giving the Sox a 1-0 lead. Astros starter Lance McCullers was good enough its that Sale was his counterpart so he had to be near perfecto! Then it was 'Stros Carlos Correa just called up and Houston's top prospect singling in Jonathan Villar tying the game at 1-1. Correa went 1 for 4 on the night with that RBI.

Then in the bottom half of the 4th Avisail Garcia goes two-run smash scoring Jose Abreu as the Sox went up 3-1 and that was plenty for Sale. McCullers on the other hand goes seven giving up four hits and three runs striking out seven.

The Sox move to 26-30 as Houston falls to 34-25...
