We just need to get to those "Digits" as the "Indian Head on Ice" escapes Southern California with a "W" in game 2. The Anaheim Ducks could have put the Balckhawks in a bad predicament heading back to the Madhouse for Thursday Nights game 3.

A game which started a little after 8pm Chicago Time ended closer to 1:15 in the A.M. Chicago Time as the Hawks hopefully can regroup with a flight cross-country either now or in the morning as they will lose two hours flying back from the Pacific to Central time zone.

It was that man again for the Indian Head Defenseman "Brooksie" Brent Seabrook right in the middle of a slapper that Markus "Krugs" Kruger tipped in for the game-winner as we were almost heading into a 4th extra frame.

Let's start where it mattered most with the blue-paint tenants as the Indian Head #1 net minder Corey "Craw-Dad" Crawford halted some 60 of 62 SOG. His counter part Frederik Andersen stopped 53 of 56 SOG and it just came down to who would be in front of the net to tip one in as both goalies were Vezina-eaque on this night.

The Hawks first two goals were via the power play off the sticks of Andrew Shaw and Marian Hossa as the Indian Head went up 2-0. The Ducks stayed patient as Andrew Cogliano score in the 1st frame making it 2-1 Hawks after one.

The Ducks would then right before frame two was over Corey Perry would "light the lamp" tying the game up at 2-2. Who knew that last goal by Perry would stick for nearly three hours as "Krugs" for the Hawks gets the game-winner.

The shot of the year came from Hawks Andrew Shaw as he though he had the game-winner (2nd OT) as he headed the frozen one in for a what he thought was game time! The Video (above) as Game 3 starts Thursday night May 21st at the Madhouse...

Note: Longest game in Blackhawks History and that was worth winning in itself..
