The Brooklyn Nets were rolling all the way up until midway through the 4th and final frame. The Nets had a  26-19 after one, 57-48 lead at the break, and a 79-72 lead when John Wall and Drew Gooden not the KU All-American Drew Gooden...yes that one from El Cerrito, California.

The Wizards finally took the lead on a Drew Gooden lay-up around the seven minute mark to make it 87-86 as both teams battled from there. Then it was the John Wall Show who has come full circle as though he is tired of Club Dreams and the Stadium Club (which never gets old..ask Panthers QB Cam Newton his Squeeze came out of there and she wasn't Bar Tending) . Both Wall and Gooden made the Nets "Stage Left" as the Wizards have the #4 Bulls in sight.

Wall had a game-high 33 points and six helpers as Gooden added 21 points and nine boards some 20 hours removed from watching League Pass at his Crib. It came down the Wizards making the necessary plays to win the game and talking care of Business at the Stripe (21-25). The Nets just could not get any stops late on the Wiz Kids D.C. in the 4th and that proved costly. Marcus Thornton led the Nets with 19 points and fifteen of that was via the Money Ball. Paul Pierce added 15 points as he passed the great Patrick Ewing for 18th on the All-Time NBA Scoring List.

D.C. Wizardry moves to 35-31 just two games back of the Bulls in the East. The Nets fall to 33-31 as they fall back four game sin the Atlantic and here come the Knicks believe it or not just 7.5 behind the Nets.
