NBA Power Rankings March 2K14 Edition...PACERS making a Run adds E.T. Phone Broad Street...HEAT lurking in the Shadows...OKC Struggling out the Post A.S.G. Gate...SPURS quietly playing "SPUR WARS"...and CLIPS add the "CIRCLE City Strangler" D-Granger...#NBAPowerRankingsMarch2K14 where is your Squad?

Since the February 2K14 NBA Power Rankings a lot has happened as OKC led the rankings but has sputtered out the Post All-Star Break Gate. Pacer Nation added Drew Bynum and Evan Turner to give them what they hope is "Dates" in the "Fight for Larry" Sweepstakes. The Heat have played flawless as King James led them on a 5-1 Motel Swing out West with "Flash" playing his best hoop in 2013-14. The Chicago Bulls surprising enough has the best record since January 1st 2K14 but going nowhere. The Spurs have been staying the course as their French Point God deals with an assortment of Maladies. The Clips added Big Baby Davis and Danny Granger as Doc Rivers and the Clips are taking anyone who is waived that can suit up for the Clips. Can the Rip City Blazers and Red Nation Rockets make a move in the West with it being so Top-Heavy?

March 2K14 Power Rankings 

1. #GoldSwagger (2) 45-13: They grabbed two players in Bynum and Turner that they think will put them over the Top as there will be a Photo Finish in the East come Mid-April.

2. #Champs305 (3) 42-14: They are now in sync as Wade County has put on his Suit and joined the fray and the Heat is playing Top-Notch NBA Basketball and beware Pacer Nation and the West. In the Last two games who is that Masked Man looking like LeBron James?

3. #RegulatorsReportOKC (1) 44-15: They stumbled out the gate as Point God Uncle Russ of Jordan Brand came back off of injury and OKC had to deal with some minor adjustments. Are they the best Team in the West as we will soon find out!

4. #SpursCommunity (5) 42-16: It's like Magic as it doesn't mater who plays for the Alamo City Pro Hoops Team the results are the same. Marco Belinelli and Patty Mills have been playing out of their minds but they are solid NBA Players and to the Spurs not surprising at all! They will soon get a recharged TP9 and that doesn't bode well for the rest of the West.

5. #RipCityBlazers (4) 41-18: The L-Train has been sidelined but the Blazers still follow the lead of point God Damian Lillard and the highly-underrated Wes Matthews and Nicolas Batum. The Blazers are poised to name a deep run in the West and they should be playing in the West Semis depending on match ups.

6. #RedNation (7) 40-19: The Rockets have been the hottest Team in the West and they have adjusted to playing with "Dwight of Three Stripes" and that has been nothing but trouble for Rockets Opponents. Would it surprise anyone if they made it to the Western Finals?    

7. #ClipsNation (6) 41-20: They still have something missing and I cannot put a finger on it as Danny Granger or Big Baby Davis isn't the answer. Maybe its the previous Playoffs where the Grizzlies have owned them as the Clips Trust Factor wavers. They need to rise up in Winning Time in 2k14!

8. #WarriorsGround (9) 36-23: Will G.S.W. make a serious run as Lead Man Action Mark Jackson appears to be on the Hot Seat for no apparent reason. The West is loaded and the Warriors are right there poised to make a move. They might have to make it to the West Finals to save Mark Jackson's Job and that would be Hog Wash Central right there.

9. #MAVS (11) 36-24: The Mavs are 9-3 since we last checked in to the Power Rankings in Februrary. That has a lot to do with Monta Ellis, and rejuvenated @Swish41, and overall the supporting cast not to mention Lead Man Rick Carlisle who is one of the best X's and O's on an NBA Bench...stand up Wahoos!

10. #PHXhoops (8) 34-24: They have cooled off a tad as they are no longer the Hunter as they are the Hunted. The Suns most likely will not get Combo Guard Eric Bledsoe back but they have the right mix of Players to get into Winning Time and cause a huge stir starting with Point God Goran Dragic!

11. #Dinosuars (13) 32-26: Give them credit as they have held on to the Atlantic Division from the jump and now as we enter March and soon April can they stay the course and hold off Brooklyn?

12. #WestSideStoryReport (15) 32-26: 9-3 since the start of February and 20-8 since January 1st as they have played the best ball in the Logo since those dates. Now they add BYU Sharpshooter and Forever Purple Lottery Pick Jimmer Fredette and that's the Bulls making a Bulls move.

13. #Grit&GrindBealeStreet (10) 33-35: Someone will have to get out of one of those last three slots in the West as Memphis will be in Winning Time...real talk!    

14. #WizKidsDC (14) 31-28: They have a new attitude and they have a whole new All-Star PG in John Wall as the Wizards are finally heading north after those years of Agent Zero and "Guns...and Butta"!

15. #10KLakesBoyz (16) 29-29: Will the 'Wolves trade the "Lake Oswego Monster" Kevin Love or wait until the Summer of 2015 and gamble on signing him back. Love has made it no secret that he wants to be in Lakers Purple and Gold and that is the fact of the matter! Meanwhile the Wolves are more than a "Stones Throw" away from making any noise in the West.

16. #BrooklynHasAHomeTeam (17) 28-29: They have life and that is dangerous for the Raptors and Bulls and even the Wizards as they have plenty of Old Equipment to get the job done.

17. #MikeCATS (20) 27-31: Laugh if you ant to as Charlotte looks like they will make the Playoffs and they will make some noise behind Kemba and Big Al and Bloodline Henderson Jr.. Congrats Air Jordan and where is Bismack Biyambo....back in the Congo?

18. #HighlightFactory404 (12) 26-31: The Hawks are trying to hold it together to make it into Winning Time as Milsap and Teague try to get to that Mid-April Finish Line in the Top 8 in the East.

19. #BelieveLand (26) 24-37: I know what your thinking but they have been playing some inspired ball behind the 2014 ASG M.V.P. and they go as Kyrie goes and will the Cavs be able to keep their Star Point God.

20. #MileHighNugs (18) 25-33: The Nugs are heading south but with all those injuries why not as they try and get into the NBA Draft Lottery and that is not a bad thing moving forward.

21. #StateBirdOfLousiana (19) 23-36: Ant Davis made his 1st All-Star Game and the Pelicans miss Point God Jrue Holiday as he has just been ruled out or the rest of the 2013-14 season with a stress fracture. Watch these boys in the Off-season and in the 2014-15 season as they have some real nice pieces.

22. #MotorCityBasketball (21) 23-36: Pistons have been a "Nightmare at the Palace of Auburn Hills" and they need to tweak a few things from Players to Coaching and maybe upstairs.

23. #SaltPalaceJazz (24) 21-37: They have stacked with Pieces galore and they might not be as far off as many think. Hayward, Kanter, Burks, Burke, and Favors all under 25 years of age.

24. #LakerGang (23) 20-39: Gasol and Lead Man MDA's Back and Forth is just ridiculous as Gasol should have been gone and MDA never hired...Jimmy and Mitch your turn!

25. #ForeverPurple (25) 20-39: The Kings have some decisions to make but starting with a Core of Rudy, DeMarcus, and Isaiah is not a bad Trio. When they hit the Lottery who would they grab as they have young players at every slot and solid young players. They should be active maybe moving a piece or two come NBA Draft Lottery Time.

26. #KnicksTape (22) 21-38: The Knicks everyone though was going to come out of their funk and it has gotten worse to no surprise. If 'Melo decided to stay as he will as this is his last Contract in the Logo he will be losing until 2025 or until James Dolan fires himself and that is just the start...go Yanks and Amazins'!    

27. #GreenTeam (27) 20-40: The C's knew this was going to be a trying season and now they will deal PG Rajon Rondo to get a Piece and maybe a Lottery Piece or multiple 1st Round Picks!  

28. #MouseTownMagic (29) 18-43: Oladipo, Harkless, and Harris are nice pieces and they will add to that with hopefully the #1 or #2 Pick as if they get #1 which I think they will it will be Joel Embiid of Kansas as the NBA is tired of losing Big Men in O-Town!

29. #SeventySixers (28) 15-44: They have plenty of work to do but they will get 2013 Lottery Nerlens Noel playing in 2013-15 and they get to add to that with a Top 5 Pick in 2014. Jabari Parker would be a haul with Noel, Wroten Jr., M.C.W., and Thad -Ex.

30. #FearTheDeer (30) 11-47: Knight Rider and the "Plastic Man" Henson are nice pieces as is Greek God Giannis Antetukounmpo and the Bucks can only go one way from here...and that is Up!
