Notre Dame just had too much offense versus a Louisville Team that struggles on that end in every way. The Irish moves to 13-4 in the ACC and 25-5 overall after beating the Cards in the 'Ville at the KFC Yum Center 71-57.

The Irish shoots nearly 55% from the field 80% from the stripe as they attacked the Cards instead of settling for J's to the tune of a +7 in free throw attempts. The 'Ville cannot expect to protect the Yum Center letting the opposition shoot over 50% from the field as Louisville had a hard enough time getting buckets.

Irish will go as Sophomore PG Demetrius Jackson goes as he had a team-high 21 points to go with five board and four thefts. He has come a long way from his freshman season as he has figured some things out as every student-athlete adapts at a different pace on the major level as some never adapt.

It was Bonzi Colson off the Irish Bench that put the Cards in the "L" Column as he goes for 17 points grabbing nine boards. Louisville gets a game-high 23 points and a dozen boards from All-American Montrezl Harrell with Terry Rozier and Wayne Blackshear all netting 11 points each.

Notre Dame now moves to 3rd in the ACC behind Duke who comes into tonight's action versus Wake at 13-3 in ACC play. Louisville falling to 11-6 in ACC Play looks more and more like a team that will be getting a 4-5 seed in March Madness.
