No they didn't as the Knicks should have came out in "Green" tonight versus the Spurs but the "Logo" probably said no playing 750 games under the Mendoza Line! Regardless of the jerseys the Knicks shock the Spurs 104-100 in Extras as St. Patty's Day for Knicks Nation just went to last call...or was it going there anyway?

The Knicks down 52-42 at the break could have packed it in but they didn't as they cut that ten point deficit to seven at the end of the 3rd. The Spurs led by TP9's 21 points and six helpers were up by two with under six seconds Knicks small forward Lou Admundson hits a lay-up tying the game up at 96-96. Kawhi Leonard then missed the potential game-winner as they went to extras. St. Joseph PA's Langston Galloway led the Knicks in regulation with 22 points and Shved adding 17.

The Spurs then went cold in extras as Shved scored 4 of his 21 in the extra frame leading the Knicks to a 104-100 victory. There was even a Darko Milicic or Andre Bargnani sighting as the former 2006 #1 overall pick in the Draft added 16 points...I know what your thinking but keep reading Knicks Nation!

The Spurs get 17 points and eight boards from K.L. adding to TP9's team-high 21 points. San Antonio you have to be thinking with things real tight in the west if this "L" might cost them somewhere down the line.

Both teams shot 3 for 14 from the arc as the Spurs wee +6 in makes from the stripe 25-19. It just came down to execution and making the plays when they needed to be made. For the first time in the 2014-15 season Knicks closed a game!
