The Portland Trailblazers on Sunday night puts a Blueprint out there for all NBA Teams to see on how to follow the game plan with solid execution and really good team defense. The Blazers go into the #3 team in East the Toronto Raptors House and beats the Dinosaurs as #WeTheNorth was really never in the game after the break.

The Blazers led a back and forth 1st frame 33-31 and then 64-53 at the break as LaMarcus Aldridge had a dozen point with both Dame Lillard and Arron Affalo adding 11 points. The Raptors were led by DeMar DeRozan's 12 points at the break. The Blazers pick up of Arron Affalo could not have come at a better time losing Wes Matthews Jr. to that season-ending Achilles injury two weeks ago.

The Raptors a few times in the 3rd had that deficit to 10 points as the Blazers stayed the course like the upper echelon teams in the "Logo" do leading after three 91-79. After a Grievis Vasquez "J" making it 93-85 Blazers at the eight minute mark the Blazers close on a 20-12 run for a 133-97 win as the L-Train and Dame each had a dozen in the 2nd half.

Rip City was led by L-Train's 24 points and ten boards with Dame adding 23 points as Blazers starers out scored the Raptors starters 72-59. The Raptors were led by DeRozan's 2 points and eight boards with Lithuanian "Big" Jonas Valanciunas adding 14 points and nine boards.

Rip City moves to 44-20 as they were +24 in points from the arc as OKC's reign on the Northwest Division is no longer. The Raptors fall to 39-27 as they are in a fight with the Chicago Bulls for 3rd in the East.
