The Campus Hardwood All-American Team 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams from Bluedude Sportstalk. It has deep Illinois ties to it and there are some real monsters and future stars in the Logo heading this deep list.

"Campus Hardwood" All-American 1st Team
Note: * played HS basketball in Illinois

PG Marcus Paige #UNC
PG Fred VanVleet #ShockNation *
PF Montrezl Harrell #UofLCards
C Jahlil "Big Jah" Okafor #Duke Freshman *
C Frank "the Tank" Kaminsky #AWholeBunchOfBadgers *

Vanfleet hails from Rockford, Illinois Auburn H.S., the "Tank" from Chicago west suburb powerhouse Benet Academy in Lisle, Illinois, and "Big Jah" from Chicago powerhouse Whitney Young H.S. same school that produced former DePaul and NBA stand out Quentin Richardson.

Paige from the great state of Iowa following the likes of Harrison Barnes and Doug McDermott (both Ames, Iowa HS stars) heads a deep talented UNC squad as Coach Roy Williams recruiting pool in Iowa is deep. (Remember when Roy was at Kansas he had Iowa HS Stars Kirk Hinrich Bulls and Nick Collison Seattle Supersonics and Oklahoma City Thunder).

Harrell is a younger version of S.T.A.T. current Knicks "Big" Amare Stoudamire with a build like Nuggets PF/C and former Marietta, GA Wheeler HS All-American JJ Hickson. An athlete with a mean streak and I project him to possibly be a Top 5 pick in the 2014-15 NBA draft.

"Campus Hardwood" All-American 2nd Team

PG Aaron Harrison #UK
SG/SF Stanley Johnson #UofATucson Freshman
PF Cliff Alexander #KU Freshman *
C Karl Towns Jr. #UK Freshman
SF Branden Dawson #Sparty

Aaron Harrison was projected to be SEC Player of the Year but watch Ole Miss PG Jarvis Summers. Harrison will be joined by fellow freshman Karl Towns Jr. the 2013-14 Gatorade HS Player of the Year.

Mr. Johnson another freshman will be Arizona's best player and they are loaded. The four-time California state champion out of LA HS powerhouse Santa Ana, CA Mater Dei H.S. is already built like a NBA big guard at 6-6 just north of 220 el bees. The "next in line" of great shooting guards from Los Angeles like DeMar DeRozan (Compton HS) and James Harden (Lakewood, CA Artesia HS).

Cliff will be an instant fan favorite of Phog Allen faithful as he was "Big Jah" of Duke HS rival in the Windy City. Many compare him to Amare Stoudamire as I compare him to S.T.A.T. and a smaller version of "DeAndre the Lob City Giant" of Lob City in DeAndre Jordan.

Don't forget about Mr. Dawson the best player in the big ten not in Wisconsin Red. A Gary, Indiana native of Lew Wallace HS he has former Sparty All-American and NBA Standout Jason "J-Rich" Richardson of Saginaw, MI Arthur Hill HS all over him and a tad bit bigger. "Izzone" players come in NBA-ready on the defensive end and that is a huge plus.

"Campus Hardwood" All-American 3rd Team

SG Malcolm Brogdon #Wahoos
SG Delon Wright #RunninUtes
SF Sam Dekker #AWholeBunchOfBadgers
SG Rod Baker #ShockNation
C Myles Turner #HookemHorns Freshman

Brogdon is the best player you have never heard of playing in 20130-14 with current Cavs 2014 pick Joe Harris.

Wright's big bro is Dorrell Wright of the Rip City Blazers as he is L.A. certified and verified...

Dekker is a smooth SF and along with the "Tank" Frank Kaminsky they are heavy favs to win the big 10 title and make another March Madness run.

Baker plays alongside Mr. Van Fleet and they make up the best back court maybe in college basketball...real talk they are two future NBA guards holding down Shock Nation in Wichita.

Another Dallas, TX area product Turner to me maybe the best "Big" behind Okafor in the class of 2014 even ahead of Towns Jr. and Alexander. A 2014 prototype who can stretch the hardwood and is Anthony Davis like in the paint rim protecting as Rick Barnes got a real gem here!

The Bluedude strikes Student-Athletes and congrats and if your on this list you should be headed to the Logo as the Bluedude rarely misses and that is real smoke right there!
