The Kansas Jayhawks right in the middle of another run at a chip has reloaded. Out is #1 overall 2014 NBA Andrew Wiggins and #3 overall Joel Embiid. In is Chi-City monster Cliff Alexander and sharp-shooting ultra-athletic Kelly Oubre along with super-soph Wayne Selden Jr.. Coach Self has another crop and they are deeper than last year's team and led by Junior PF Perry Ellis.

The Kentucky Wildcats have more Big Mac's than the Golden Arches itself as they should go 45-0...Lol! They finally have  areal PG in freshman Tyler Ulis of Chicago, Illinois south suburb Chicago Heights, Illinois. The Cats also have 2014 Gatorade national Player of the Year Karl-Anthony Towns . All that is coupled with the Harrison Twins, Dakari Johnson, Marcus Lee, Devin Booker, and Willie Cauley-Stein among others. The 'Cats are primed to make another deep run and they have all the ingredients to do it!

The Jayhawks PF Perry Ellis will have his work cut out as will Jamari Taylor with Kentucky having all those shot-blockers in and around the painted-area. Jayhawks combo guard Wayne Selden Jr. play will be pivotal helping both the front court and back court of the Jayhawks. Cliff Alexander should be a factor as well as Kelly Oubre if he can get going from the arc. Poor point guard play was the Jayhawks Achilles heel last season and Frank Mason III should help ease those pains.

The 'Cats are big and athletic and can play any style. They have started slow in both game splayed in 2014 but there is no denying their firepower. PG Tyler Ulis is huge as he can move everyone off the orange and direct traffic and facilitate with the best of them. The Jayhawks must get on the glass and keep the 'Cats out of transition and limit those "Splash Plays"!
