How things can change in an instant as the AFC north leading Cincinnati Bengals escaped the Big Pirate Ship and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a win 14-13. As for the other three teams chasing the Bengals they were not as fortunate.

Phillip Rivers led the Chargers down for  TD aided by a 35-yd pass interference to beat the Ravens 34-33. That win put the Bolts up at 8-4 and more importantly with the Chiefs hosting the Broncos of the Chiefs win it could mean a three-way tie in the AFC West. As for the Ravens they have no shot at winning the north unless they get help.

That final core is misleading as the Saints led 35-16 with under six minutes to go in the contest and the Steelers scoring a TD and a two-point conversion as time expired. Who Dat comes off of a 0-3 home stand to beat the Steelers. As the Steelers keep playing down to the horrible NFC south squads losing to both the Bucs and now Saints. The Falcons are still on the Steelers schedule and following the trend expect the Steelers to lose that one in Atlanta.

That terrible Brian Hoyer play at QB for the "Believeland" reared its ugly head again this time in the Bison City. The Bills dominated as the Browns best football in 2014 might be behind them. They still have the Ravens on the schedule but that's it for AFC north teams.
