The Chicago Bears win the "Lovie Smith returns Game" but it wasn't pretty as they will take it and move on. The Buccaneers led at the break 10-0 with former Bears back-up QB Josh McCown out playing Jay Cutler but its "We Ball" not "Me Ball" and luckily for Chicago they figured it out in the 2nd half to keep "Fight for George" aspirations alive!

Bucs opened up the 2nd frame (no scoring in frame one) going to rook WR Mike Evans for a 19-yard TD pass making it 7-0 Bucs. The Bucs then added a FG to make it 10-0 at the break. The Bears were playing in the toilet as they ended the half with three 1st downs.

The 2nd half started with Tampa starring in "Slippery when Wet" as they turned the Wilson pigskin over twice and a INT as the Bears capitalized on all three turnovers turning them all into 21 points. That was it for the Bucs as they couldn't do anything right in the 2nd half.

Bucs QB McCown threw for 341 yards on 25 for 48 and a TD with two INT's. WR Vincent Jackson caught five pigs for 117 yards but had a crucial fumble late in the 3rd costing the Bucs even more. WR Lou Murphy hauled in six pigs for 113 yards as both Tampa wide outs along with rook 2014 1st rounder Mike Evans (3 rec 48 TD)  worked on that Bears secondary.

QB Cutler was 17 for 27 for 130 yards and a TD. He turned what look to be a train wreck in half one to a solid outing in the 2nd half. Bears RB Matt Forte ran for 89 yards on 23 carries and two TD's as the Bears need to make sure he gets 30 plus touches per.

Bears "D" led by DT Stephen Paea had five red jersey collections (sacks) and three forced pigs. The Bucs "D" had three red jersey collections with one forced pig. The Quarterbacks were under immense pressure all game long as the Bears and Cutler move to 5-6. The Bucs fall to 2-9 as Lovie Smith's return ends in an "L".
