The Chicago Blackhawks have to take the lid of the net soon as they send everything to the Leafs blue paint versus James Reimer but the Leafs Zamboni and that would be 47 SOG. The Hawks light the lamp only twice including Reimer stopping all 26 SOG in the 3rd and final period as the Leafs walk away with a 3-2 "W"!

Nazim Kadri of the Leafs opened up the scoring in the 1st with a tip-in only for the Hawks Brad Richards to get a slapper past Reimer to make it 1-1 at the end of one. The Indian Head's Brent Seabrook just four minutes in some change into the 2nd get another slapper past Reimer making it 20-1 Hawks. That lasted for a little over a minute as the Leafs came right back tying the score at 2-2 after a James van Riemsdyk snapper past Hawks net minder Corey Crawford (24/27 svs first game back from injury).

The Leafs win the game in the 3rd frame after a Peter Holland wrister just two minutes and change into the 3rd as the Hawks reeled of some 26 shots on Reimer and he stopped all of them, Patrick Kane might have had the best look as his back hander just under five minutes to go his Reimer's pad.

The Hawks cored their goals on power plays and was 2 for 4 in the PP. The Hawks out shoot the Leafs 47-27 which means nothing when you lose on the scoreboard.  The Indian Head falls to 6-3-1 and 2nd in the central. The Leafs move to 5-4-1 in the Atlantic good for 7th.

Hawks get the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday November 2nd at 9pm ET...
