NFL Week 9 "Late Slate" 4pm ET Games in "A QB Driven League"...

#STLRams (2-5) @ #FortyNiners (4-3) 4:05pm ET

The Rams head into new Levi's Stadium with hope as they have played the Niners in San Fran better than anyone except the Seahawks in the last two seasons. Having said that can the Rams with their 3rd string QB go into Niners country with a limited arsenal and beat the Niners? That Rams "D" has to play above and beyond the call of duty to have any shot. OLB? DE Robert Quinn can get it done and the Rams need him to be bigger than life on Sunday!

The 49ers are right there in 2nd place two games back of the NFC west leading Bird Gang Cardinals but tied with the Seahawks. The Niners are starting to get some of their bodies back as both Navorro Bowman and Aldon Smith are due back with in the next week. That would be huge as ILB Patrick Willis (toe) is a game-time decision.

QB Colin Kaepernick has played better of late and the ground game still has to be the meats and potatoes of that Niners offense. RB Frank Gore and Rook RB Carlos Hyde need touches and if they get going that play-action game then is wide-open as its not an "Area 51" investigation...it's Sunday football!

Winner: 49ers 34-17...Niners getting things backs in order

#UnitedInOrange (6-1) @ #PatsNation (6-2) 4:25pm ET

What is there to talk about it's Manning Mile High vs Tom Terrific of Foxboro. The Broncos are coming in efficient on offense but not putting up super-high numbers. The New England Patriots offense all of a sudden has come full circle. The Defense will win this one and the Broncos "D" gets the edge at least on paper but the game still has to be played...

Winner: Pats 38-34 in a shootout...Manning vs Brady

#RaiderNation (0-7) @ #HawksNest206 (4-3) 4:25pm ET

Wow the Seahawks need to get back to the basics and here comes their Hawk homecoming game vs the Oakland Raiders. Raiders rook QB Derek Carr has played well but the Raiders defense which looked better the last two weeks has to be better. Watch Charles Woodson in the box as his game is more closer to the line than playing that deep 1/3.

The Seahawks have had an eventful two weeks to say the least but they still need to get back to Marshawn Lynch running downhill. QB Russell Wilson make plays when plays need to be made. This is a game that the Seahawks could use to see if their identity is running "Beast Mode" or letting Russ past the pig or both. Still 12's is 2nd in the NFL in rushing at 148 yds plus.

Winner: Seahawks 31-16
