The Chicago Blackhawks unveiled their new Whip in front of Hawks Nation for a Sunday Brunch Affair with the 94 point East leading Washington Capitals led by Russian Ice Games Royalty Alexander Ovechkin.

The Caps struck first as Marcus Johansson scored six minutes in change into Frame One giving the Visitors a 1-0 lead. The Hawks though came back not even 30 seconds later as the "Bison City Blur" dba Patrick Kane scored his 36th Goal of the season tying the game at 1-1 and that would be the score going into the 2nd frame.    

After a see saw affair in the 2nd that saw no scoring for 18 minutes and change Captain Serious who else "lit the lamp" for the Indian Head for his 22nd of the year giving the Hawks a 2-1 lead and a lead they wouldn't not relinquish.

Two minutes past the midway point in the 3rd the Hawks get some much-needed insurance as Dennis Rasmussen scored his 4th on the year giving the Hawks a 3-1 lead as the Caps would score late making it 3-2 the final.

Chicago moves a point ahead of the Dallas Stars with 83 points as Washington falls and stays at 94 points. Write it down take an Snap Chat or Instagram as this will be the odds on favorite match-up for the Stanley Cup Final 2K16 come June 2K16...believe that!
