The Chicago White Sox in 2015 will be going nowhere as far as October Hardball but Sox Nation has a few things to brag about. One was DH/1B Jose Abreu tying Albert Pujols dba "El Hombre" as the first two players to start off their careers with 30 HR and 100 RBI. Now Sox Nation witnessed another record as it was up for over 100 years.

South Siders Ace Lefty Chris Sale beat the Motor City Kitties tonight 2-1 as Sale hit the Sox record books in doing so. Sale needed just two K's to pass the 1908 Record of 269 Strikeouts from Ed Walsh
as he delivered seven K's for a 2015 Sox record of 274 K's.

Sale finishes his 2015 campaign at 13-11 with a 3.41 ERA and another All-Star Game Appearance. In more good news for the South Siders Skipper Robin Ventura will be back in 2016 as well he should be...
