The Chicago Blackhawks arrived in San Jose on Friday Afternoon after beating the 'Yotes on Thursday Night in the "Valley of the Sun" going "Operation grabs Two Points"! Well they grabbed two from the Arizona only to get a matinee in San Jose as Team Teal through two frames was trying to grab two for themselves!

Both the Hawks and Sharks went back and forth with both teams scoring a goal in each of the fist two frames. The Indian Head's Patrick Sharp scored first in frame one only for Team Teal to get a goal from Melker Karlsson tying the game after one at 1-1.

The Hawks then almost midway through the 2nd gets a goal from D.K. dba Duncan Keith making the score 2-1. Then it was longtime Sharks star Joe Thornton gets a tip-in beating Corey Crawford tying the game up at 2-2 at the end of two. Both of those goals in the 2nd frame were via the power play.

The Hawks then went on a tear implementing "Operation grab Two Points" as Brandon Saad "lights the lamp" not even two minutes into the 3rd beating former Hawks and now Sharks blue-paint tenant Antti Niemi making it 3-2 Hawks.

Bryan Bickell scored three minutes after Sadd making it 4-2 as Patrick Sharp gets a power play goal with under five minutes left in the 3rd making it 5-2 with Marian Hossa getting an empty netter for a final score of 6-2.

Niemi stopped just 24 of 29 SOG with Hawks blue-paint tenant Corey Crawford stopping 33 of 35 SOG. San Jose out shot the Indian Head 35-30 but the Hawks were 2 for 4 on the power play as Team Teal was 1 for 4.

The Indian Head (41-21-6) all of a sudden has 88 points the behind the Central division co-leading Preds and Blue Notes at 91 points apiece. Team Teal in the 10th slot at 76 points just three behind the #8 slot Kings with 79 points.
