The Dallas Mavericks came out in the 1st half on the Boston Celtics trying to keep the C's in the locker room in the 2nd half throwing the white towel in for no more. Team M.F.F.L. was up 40-19 after one only to increase that lead heading into the break to 67-41 and a 26-point lead. The C's though with nothing to lose coming out of the motel rides J.G. of Hoya Paranoia and Mr. Bradley of Hookem' Hoops in Austin and made it a ball game.

The C's came back closing that 26-points deficit to a dozen at the end of three by going on a 38-26 run themselves. That run was led by Jeff Green's 35 points on 14 of 28 from the field. Avery Bradley also got in on the act with his much-improved offensive arsenal adding 32 points as he and J.G. combined to shoot 9 for 18 from Dallas north suburb Farmers Branch, Texas.

The Mavs though foiled all of the C's hopes of getting a come from behind "W" riding Chandler Parson's 29 points and the Mavs G.O.A.T. @swish41 as he dropped 27 points and grabbed seven boards.

The C's go to within four points at 105-101 on a Jared Sullinger lay-up with just over four minutes to go but that would be as close as they would get. Dirk, Chandler, and "Mississippi Lightning" Monta Ellis (14 pts 6 asst) closed the show for the Mavs.

Dallas hit the magic numbers of 50-50-80 as they were 14 of 25 from the arc but was dominate on the glass 49-36 by the Celts. C's PG Rajon Rondo added 15 assists to go along with seven points and nine boards nearly hitting a Triple-Double!

Mavs move to 3-1 and the C's fall to 1-2...

360 Degrees...local product and Celts top 2014 pick combo guard Marcus Smart from northwest Dallas suburb Flower Mound, Texas Marcus HS had 7 points and six boards for the Green Team.
