Say what you want the Cleveland Browns are winning and finished the 1st half of 2014 at a 5-3 clip. QB Brian Hoyer who started out on fire has settled down some but the Browns are still winning. An improved run game with Ben Tate among other running backs with one of the best O-lines helps. That Browns "D" has been solid and now we get into the back end of the 201 schedule we will see if this run is pretending or contending in the AFC.

The Cincinnati Bengals have their "Ace" back on offense in WR AJ Green. Rook RB Jeremy Hill has been as good as advertised and the Bengals QB Andy Dalton dba the "Strawberry Rifle" will be tested here down the stretch. The Bengals "D" hasn't been good and 30th against the run might be a problem vs the Dawg Pound!

What's at stake a loss by the Browns would put the Browns and Steelers at 6-3 and the Bengals at 5-3-1...go figure with the Ravens at 5-4.

#CLEvsCIN Game Outlook

The Browns game plan has to be a heavy dose of the run as the Bengals all season long have had trouble stopping the run game. Ben Tate and Terrence West will get touches and look for former Bengals gadget Andrew Hawkins to play a huge role in the passing game. Bengals  DT Geno Atkins coming off that ACL injury last season is coming around slowly. Dawg Pound QB Brian Hoyer of Sparty is going to have to make some plays in the vertical passing game it's a simple as that!

The Bengals will be attacking that Browns secondary as Joe Haden vs AJ Green is a nice match up. The Browns though are 31st in stopping the run and 18th vs the pass but the real number is 8th in points given up. Which tells me they are stingy in the red zone. Can the Bengals with Giovani Bernard and Hill exploit that Browns run "D"? Who Dey also has WR threat #2 in Mohammad Sanu and he did work when Green was out!

This is the first time in quite sometime that the Bengals/Browns game means more than just who is going to catch the Steelers or Ravens. An AFC north tilt with huge AFC implications in and outside the division.

Winner: Bengals 33-30 as the game comes down to a FG...
