The Seattle Seahawks already had an A before the Draft getting KR/PR/WR/RB/ Percy "I live in Percy Land USA" Harvin from the Purple People. The Draft was icing on the cake as they are looking for Depth and could take chances on more than a few draft picks. If there was a need it's always on the D-Line and O-Line and the D-Line is where Lead Man Carroll and Company concentrated on. The Seahawks had a little chess match going with the Rival 49ers as they made moves and the 49ers countered as the NFC looks like it will go through both.

2013 Seahawks Draft Picks for Hawks Nest 2013
Note: Remember the Hawks gave up the 2013 1st Round Pick to Vikes for Harvin....well worth it

Round Pick Position Player School

2 30 RB Christine Michael 12th Man Aggies

3 25 DT Jordan Hill Nittany Lions

4 26 WR Chris Harper K-State

5 4 DT Jesse Williams 'Bama

5 5 CB Tharold Simon LSU

6 26 RB Spencer Ware LSU

7 14 OG Ryan Seymour Vandy

7 25 DE Ty Powell Harding

7 35 DT Jared Smith New Hampshire

7 36 OT Michael Bowie NE Oklahoma State

Michael is super-talented and he might be a huge get in Round 2 as they need an explosive Big Back like C.M. opposite of BEASTmode to get to the 2nd level and get to your end zone.

Hill and Williams are both quality Depth to a Defensive Front that needs to keep those explosive Hawks Backers lean to wreak havoc...

Harper adds to the WR Depth Chart that has Rice, Tate, and Harvin as its Top 3....Harper can make a move to #4 and should with an impressive Camp and Pre Season...

Simon was one of eight players off that LSU Defense that went into the 2013 Draft. Simon fits that "Legion of Boom" Mold...Brash but a long lanky athletic cover corner who is a ball hawk.

Wilson adds depth behind Zach Miller at Tight End and has a little bit of Time to develop...

Ware is a powerful back that fell to #4 on the LSU Depth Chart after being the Starter two season in a row. Super-Athletic and a former LSU Baseball Player who will get immediate starts on Special Teams...

Seymour could end up being a Start at OG sooner than later as he had value that late in the 7th round...

Powell, Smith, and Bowe are all 7th Round Picks which means they need to dazzle in Camp to get a Roster Spot....or at least land on the Practice Squad

12th Man Space Needle Overall Grade not including Harvin a C...as they didn't need to add much as they hit Grand Slam after Grand Slam in the 2012 Draft with Starters in QB Wilson and Backer Wagner along with OLB Bruce Irvin.

Hawks eyeing Met Life Blue for Super Bowl February 2014....
