Look what the Ice Games Doctor ordered for Round 2 in the Western Conference as the Blackhawks who stopped the "Running of the Wild" in round one will face off against the Motor City Red Wings as they "86 Ducks off the Pond". This storied match up will only be heightened as this series might evolve into a good old back and forth Hawks and Wings Donnybrook.

#HockeyTownUSA RED WINGS vs #FrozenTalk BLACKHAWKS

The Chicago Blackhawks and Detroit Red Wings know what's at stake as they start their round 2 playoff series tonight at the Madhouse on Madison on the West Side of the 'Go. The Hawks are the best defensive team on Ice left in Winning Time and they can also put the "Frozen One' in the Net. The Wings have even more experience than the Hawks event though the Hawks won the Cup in 2010 and the Wings in 2008. It will come down to who makes the most mistakes and the margin for error gets smaller moving closer and closer to Lord Stanley's Cup.

Key Players WINGS vs HAWKS
Note: Playoff Points in parenthesis

WINGS

LW Henrik Zetterberg #40 (8)
C Pavel Datsyuk #13 (7)
RW Daniel Cleary #11 (5)
C Damien Brunner #24 (5)
D Niklas Kronwall #55 (1)
Net Minder Jimmy Howard (2.74 GAA)
(pictured below right)

HAWKS

RW Marian Hossa #81 (6)
LW Patrick Sharp #10 (6)
D Duncan Keith #2 (5)
RW Patrick Kane #88 (5)
C Jonathan Toews #19 (2)
Net Minder Corey Crawford (1.32 GAA)
(pictured above right)

Zetterberg and Datsyuk are still doing their thing and the Hawks know it starts and finishes with them.

Both Kane and Toews make that Hawks Offense go but Hossa and Sharp are just as important as they lead the Hawks in Points in the Winning Time.

Defenseman are clearly in the Hawks Favor with All-World D Duncan Keith as the Wings if there is a kink in their armor its the young inexperienced defenseman.

Both Goalies have been playing lights out but Crawford has been exceptional and that all goes with the Hawks #1 D left in Ice Games 2012-13...they give you nothing to chance the Hawks don't.

It should be Theater to say the least and if your going to get the Cup both Teams would love to go through one another to say we played the Best or our hated Rival.

The Frozen One Drops a little after 8pm ET on NHL on NBC from the Madhouse on Madison...
