Everyone talks about it and it was a cool idea but I will say this again, " When your the loudest one in the room you better bring it". Shoe Game, Suit and Tie, Capri Pants (Wade County quit being a Diva as you was a pair of Jimmy Choos Away from...), and of course High School Letterman Jackets. Yes the Houston Texans Idea was marvelous for them and their fan base but the New England Patriots didn't care one bit.

That brings me to Houston Texans Business and one has to wonder is Texans Lead Man Greg Kubiak's Seat ever going to have Kingsford Edge under it. The Texans must try to get past the best in the AFC let alone in their own division including the Indianapolis Colts with young stud Andrew Luck. Did they get help for Dre 305 at Wide Out of Jordan Brand? Is Schaub an Elite QB or is he what we see...Marginal or Middle of the Road? "Area 99" Watt is the Deal but he can't do it alone and is former Bergen Catholic NJ Backer by way of Men of Troy "I've got that Good CUSH at Inside Backer" Brian Cushing close to 100%? Texans have 99 Problems and getting through the Elite part of the AFC is one.

2013 Texans Draft Picks

Round Pick Position Player College

1 27 WR DeAndre Hopkins #DeathValleyOrangeSC

2 25 FS D.J. Swearinger #gameCOCKS

3 27 OT Brennan Williams #UNC

3 33 DE Sam Montgomery #GeauxTigers

4 27 OLB Trevardo Williams #UConn

6 8 OT David Quessenberry #SJSU

6 27 WR Alan Bonner #JVILLEst

6 30 DT Chris Jones #BGSU

6 33 TE Ryan Griffin #UConn

Hopkins I thought was the #1 WR in the Draft real talk as he is NFL Ready as any of a Deep Quality 2013 WR Crop. He should help Andre Johnson, Owen Daniels, QB Schaub, and that Texans Offense immediately.

Swearinger is a Real Good One that played the Pass and the Run extremely well in the SEC. He will team with Texans Safeties Manning and Future HOF Ed Reed.

Brennan Williams will try to find a slot as the Texans have the Best O-Tackle in the Business in Duane Brown and Williams will most likely be slotted in at RT behind Starter for now Derek Newton.

Montgomery if he stayed at LSU for his Senior Campaign would have been a 1st rounder in 2014.  As athletic as they come and he will be a huge surprise as I think the Texan find a way to put get him a lot of snaps in Year 1.

Williams the OLB from Franklin Street Chapel Hill, NC is Backer Depth at ROLB behind Mercilus Whitney and a Starter on Special Teams ASAP.

Quessenberry adds more Depth to the O-Line but where will he play as Brown is is durable to say the least?

Bonner will be behind Johnson, Hopkins, Posey, and Jean but has a chance to jump behind either Johnson or Hopkins...

Jones adds D-Line Depth to one of the e 3-4 Fronts on Sunday starting with 2012 NFL Defensive Player of the Year DE JJ Watt and underrated DE Antonio Smith. They also have former Big Red Lincoln DT Jared Crick on that Depth Chart as wee..

Griffin comes in and immediately needs to be ready with TE Owen Daniel's Injury History and he moves right behind #2 on the TE Depth Garrett Graham. Griffin has a chance to unseat Graham in that #2 hole.

Texans get their WR, a Safety, and add some bodies on both the D-Line and O-Line...Over all Grade a solid B+. Highlighted Hopkins, Swearinger, and Montgomery should all make 1st Year impacts.

Word to the Wise...put them Letterman Jackets up until we do something real big....like get to the Big Bowl.
