I understand what Pacers Lead Man Vogel and Associate Head Coach Brian Shaw were doing taking Pacers Big Roy "Area 55" Hibbert out of the game. They wanted to use their quick team to play any screen and rolls or dribble drive handoffs to the basket unmolested. Protocol is to try not to switch but switch and No Hibbert means the Rim is available for Occupancy and that's just what James did. They also used Ray Allen as a decoy if his man goes with him in the corner for King James to get to the rim. That was not what the Basketball Gods ordered for the Pacers and good luck trying to get game two. Heat 103 Pacers 102 Final....

The game was played well from both Teams as they battled and battled and look who makes the play to win the game...the 2012-13 NBA MVP LeBron James. On top of that James was wheeling and dealing on his way to a Triple-Double with 30 points, ten rebounds, ten helpers, and three blocks. Wade County had 19 points and six rebounds with Bosh adding 17 points. That wasn't the whole Heat Offensive Story as it a ll about the "Birdman" who netted 16 points and five rebounds. His hustle and ability not to block every thing but alter all shots in the Paint is huge for the Heat and what a pick up as Prez/GM Riley continues to put the right pieces into the right slots.

The Pacers will look back on this on a nice cozy Island watching the NBA Finals saying "What If" we get Game One we might have had a chance to win the Series. Both D-West (26 pts 5 rebs) and Area 55 (19 pts 9 rebs 2 blks) played big as they had to for the Pacers to have a shot. Paul George (who sent the game into Overtime with a shot from the Playoff Logo near half court) led the Pacers with 27 points, five helpers, and four boards. The Pacers will not win another game of they repeat those twenty turnovers they had tonight. Neither Team shot it well from distance and the Pacers were +5 on the glass.

Game 2 is on Friday May 24 at 9pm ET on NBA on TNT
