The Pittsburgh Steelers have inked 6th round 2013 Draft Pick Vince Williams (pictured right as 2012 Under-Armour Senior Bowl Captain) of Doak Campbell Lore in Tallahassee as the Steel Curtain gets the first of a couple Sets of OTA's going on May 21st. Williams fits the mold of and Inside Backer the Steelers Covet and he is a thumper and you can't teach that. Surrounded by seven (including himself) defensive picks in the 2013 NFL Draft and eleven overall FSU Picks in the draft Williams might be a find. He will get on the field in year one by way of Special Teams.

This might be the Season where Big Ben stays upright a lot and clean. The Steelers have been putting some stock in their O-Line for the past few seasons and this season may finally pay off. Regulars in off season conditioning has been All-Pro Center Twin 53, Ramon Foster, and Marcus Gilbert. Then throw in 2nd year and 2012 Draft Picks Mike Adams and Kelvin Beachum along with Steelers #1 Overall in 2012 David "the Puget Sound Bully" DeCastro...the Steelers Offensive Line for the first time in a long time might be better than ever. Big Ben is 31 years old now and those Hits are starting to take their toll and the Steelers know it. They also need to run the Pigskin better under Haley's Offense and that starts with Twin 53 on down. We have to see it on the field but the bodies are definitely in place.
