The Boston Bruins were left for a long off season going into the 3rd period of their battle with the "Blue Bombers" of Toronto then something happened.

The Bruins score three goals to send it to overtime and then win it overtime and two of the three goals were under two minutes left in frame three. They become the 1st NHL Team in Playoff History to be down three goals in the 3rd frame and comeback to win it. Toronto Maple Leaf Fans had to be sick to their stomachs watching this one unfold especially up two goals with two minutes to play.

First Bruins Right Winger Nathan Horton shoots a wrister past Leafs Net Minder James Reimer to make it 4-2. later in the 3rd with just under two minutes Bruins Left Winger Milan Lucic goes wrister to beat Reimer for a 4-3 score and now the Bruins have traction and Bruins Nation that left but was in the Parking lot or concourse ran back to see the last minute of this one. With just 51 seconds remaining in regulation Bruins Center Patrice Bergeron goes wrister to beat Reimer again and the Leafs are officially part oh NHL History on the bad end of the History that is.

Then just under six minutes in the extra frame Bergeron follows a wrister with another wrister to beat Reimer to cap off the improbable comeback for the Spokes and Bean Town is still going nuts. The Win for the Ages as the Bruins now will face the New York Rangers in Round 2 and the Leafs do not want to go back to Toronto.
