The Logo's Lead Man (NBA Head Coaches) vote for the All-Defensive Team and the Logo's Defensive Player of the Year is voted by some 121 Sportswriters and Sportscasters. The reason the Bluedude mentions this is because the 2012-13 NBA Defensive Players of the Years was the Grind House and the Spain National Team's Big Marc Gasol. Now that panel of 121 voted him for that award but look where the Coaches who no more than anyone on a game to game month to month and season to season the Players that are being evaluated for these awards.

The 2012-13 All-Lockdown 1st Team sponsored by...if you saw these six players every night no one would score, rebound, or even get to dribble anywhere.

Note: Total Points in Parenthesis

1st Team All-Lockdown

SG "West Side" Tony Allen #Grizz (53)
SF King James #Champs305 (52)
PF "Air Congo" Serge Ibaka #ThunderUp (46)
PG CP3 #LobCity #ClipsNation (37)
C "Jo Knows" Noah #SeeRed (24)
C "Landlord of New MSG" Tyson Chandler #KnicksTape (24)

The 2012-13 All-Lock Down 2nd Team is sponsored by..we are just as good or if not better than the 1st team if you take King James off of the 1st Team.

2nd Team All-Lockdown

SF Rated PG-24" Paul George #GoldSwagger (27)
PG Avery Bradley #Cs (25)
PF Tim Duncan #SpursNation (20)
PG Mike Conley Jr. #Grizz (19)
C Marc "Baby Spaniard" Gasol #Grizz (12)

Allen in my estimation is the best "On the Orange" Defender in the Logo and the pride of Chicago Crane H.S. by way of two junior colleges and the OK State Cowboys. Three Grizz Players end up in the top eleven players on All-Lock down. Are the Grizz still playing in NBA Winning Time?

James anchors the Heat and a major part of his game is getting in  passing lanes and turning live turnovers into King James "Splash Plays".

Ibaka is the Shot-Blocker Supreme as the thunder funnel everything to him and he either blocks the shot or alters it.

CP3 is not better than Conley Jr. of the Grizz to me but come on USA Olympic Team Point God, NBA All-Star Game MVP, and some nice accolades for leverage on a New Deal in the Summer of 2013.

Chandler and Noah are both vital to their Team's Success especially on the defensive end.

Paul George is an up and coming "Nightmare on your Offensive End" as he is becoming the Total Package...a 2012-13 NBA All-Star and Gold Swagger now playing Blue-Collar's best player....coming to an NBA Arena near you and Rated PG-24.

Bradley for the C's is just sensational and he and Rondo on the hardwood at the same time is "Lethal Weapon" Green Team.

Dunc continues to impress even at this age as he arrives again on another All-Lock down Team...

Gasol was on the 2nd Team and the Coaches took heed of that but for hi to get NBA 2012-13 Defensive Players of the Year I wonder what the 30 NBA Head Coaches had to say about that.
