It was an ole skool heavyweight fight and only thing missing from the old "Logo" was hand-checking and no flagrants as a foul was a foul no matter how hard you fell or got popped. The Golden State Warriors and Toronto Raptors went game of the year in this early NBA season and  the talk of the night was the newly signed to New Balance Kicks Kawhi Leonard vs Kevin Durant and this might be the first in a long time two stars actually defended one another for throughout the game and it was must-see NBA T.V.!

It was a Durant "Honey let me backup the car in the corner" Money Ball that tied the game to get it to extras. Looking at the video Durant looked like he didn't even have the Spalding orange firmly in his possession for launching it...splash!

Kawhi was equally effective as he is not as blessed a natural scorer as the "Easy Money Sniper" K.D. nonetheless he still played his game to the tune of 37 points on 14 for 24 from the field. K.D. dropped 51 on 18 for 31 and both were the key facilitators in the moment and trust me there were a lot of moments in this one.

In the end it came down to the Raptors making enough defensive plays and stops to win the game. Raptors GM Masai Ujiri will be the Executive of the Year again and it shouldn't be close as when he acquired Kawhi no one knew Toronto was even a player for Kawhi's services. Now K.L. has to love him some "North of the Border" aka "New York North" dba Toronto, Canada.

As for the Raptors winning 131-128 her some of the Digits put up in this one...
